- Using a pair of tweezers, carefully remove the lash from the biodegradable tray.

- Remove any remaining pulp material and lash adhesive from the cotton band using a tweezer.

- Measure the lash against your eye. Trim any excess.

- Apply a thin layer of lash adhesive along the lash band and wait until glue becomes tacky.

- Apply the lash onto your lash line. Ensure that you are pressing the lash carefully onto your lash line so that it sticks securely.

To ensure that your lashes can be worn up to 25 times, please look after them by:

- Using a pair of tweezers and being as gentle as possible when removing your lashes from the tray.

- Using a tweezer to remove any leftover adhesive on your eyela. lashes before storing them in its original packaging.

- Avoiding adding mascara onto your eyela. lashes. If preferred, you may put mascara onto your natural lashes before applying the eyela. lashes.

- Cleaning your lashes after each use (see 'lash care' in the FAQs)

eyela. aims to process orders Mondays-Fridays (excluding public holidays). Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number to the email or mobile number that you registered at checkout.

Please note that shipping is currently exclusive to and around Australia and New Zealand only.

Returns

Due to hygiene reasons, the nature of our products and the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, eyela. will be unable to process any exchanges or returns for change of mind at this time. However, we will happily replace or refund products that are faulty or damaged. Please contact us via. email at hello@eyela.com.au within 48 hours of receiving the order and provide proof of any fault or damage to the product(s).
